We have an amazing team at Urban Rec HQ that works hard behind the scenes to ensure that everyone’s experience is the best it can possibly be. Here are a few familiar faces. If you haven’t shared a drink with any of these peeps then you aren’t doing it right.

MADELEINE WILKIE, MANAGING DIRECTOR

Say g'day to Mads, the Aussie powerhouse behind Urban Rec Aus! For the past 12 years, she's been on a mission to unite people through epic events and unforgettable experiences. From thrilling tournaments to laid-back socials, Mads knows how to throw a party like no other! But here's the kicker – despite being the mastermind behind all things sports and recreation, Mads is hilariously hopeless when it comes to playing herself! Yep, you heard it right – she's not exactly MVP material. But hey, that's what makes her the perfect embodiment of Urban Rec's spirit – she's all about giving it a go, having fun, and embracing the joy of play, even if it involves a few (or many) fumbles along the way! So, here's to Mads – the ultimate champion of bringing people together, one laugh, and one clumsy kick at a time!

DANNY SKIDMORE, GENERAL MANAGER

Introducing Danny, the seasoned sports pro with a knack for building communities and crafting unforgettable member experiences! With years of Rugby wisdom under his belt, he's like the Yoda of social sports – wise, experienced, and always ready to pass on his knowledge. But here's the twist – Danny's not just about the game; he's also a master at dealing with the rowdy riff-raff and brewing up a mean cuppa! Whether he's leading the team to records or keeping the troublemakers in line, Danny's got it all covered. RYAN DANNE, LEAGUE operations

Meet Ryan, affectionately known as "Rowdy," our league ops manager with a flair for fun and a passion for perfection! Armed with a degree in Sports Management, he's the maestro behind the scenes, orchestrating top-notch leagues like a true pro. But don't let his playful demeanor fool you – behind closed doors, Ryan is a young man with an old soul, our resident retiree in disguise. Yet, despite his affinity for cozy nights in, Ryan's no stranger to a good time, especially when it involves cricket on the field or a pint at the pub. It's no wonder they call him "Rowdy"! So, next time you're up for some banter and a cold one, be sure to catch Ryan for a beer

sam priestley, SENIOR LEAGUE manager

Get ready to meet Sam, also known as "Sammy Boi," the MVP of our league management team! With his infectious positivity and charm, Sam is the ultimate nice guy, spreading good vibes wherever he goes. Whether he's cracking jokes, charming the pants off everyone, or showing off his unbelievable cooking skills, Sam is a real catch in every sense of the word! Rachel McCormick, LEAGUE manager

Rachel, the dynamo of our Sydney Team! Despite not towering over the court, she dominates with her boundless energy and feistiness. With her go-getter attitude and fiery spirit, Rachel is not one to be underestimated. So, beware members, and even staff - don't dare get in Rachel's way, unless you're ready to witness her fierce competitiveness firsthand! Rachel is our scheduling guru, dedicated to crafting flawless experiences for both members and staff alike. With her keen eye for detail and unwavering commitment to perfection, she ensures every moment is nothing short of extraordinary.

Sascha sinco, LEAgue assistant

Meet Sascha, the newest addition to our Sydney Team! Despite being fresh out of school, she's been a game-changer, bringing a burst of energy and enthusiasm to our aging office. Sascha has been a lifesaver for our league managers, tackling the nitty-gritty admin tasks and those all-important 1%ers with a smile on her face. She's about to embark on her European adventures! So, if you happen to bump into her, be sure to share some travel tips or two before she jets off. Sascha is definitely someone to watch out for – she's got big things ahead!
