SKILL LEVEL: This league is for all skill levels. Learner, beginner, experienced, or intermediate, we are all here for one reason, and that's to have fun, get fit, and try something different. The league will be levelled, and all teams will enjoy healthy matched competition.

TEAM SIZE: There are 5 people required on the field at all times. Minimum 2 of either gender at any time. We recommend having a team list of at least 8 people to allow for subs, and players attendance. Click to view Team Roster Instructions and Default & Subs Policy.

OUTDOOR  COURTS: We play on courts that are outdoor, meaning we are subject to the weather, if it too wet to play, we nofity all players by 4:30pm. Any rain out’s or cancellations are added to the end of the season, so you will play 10 games, no matter what!

TEAM REGISTRATION:  Team rego is payable upfront, and that fee is all you will have to pay. You can choose how many people you’d like to have on the team, and you can have as many subs as you need. Captains, once registered; please populate your team list.

INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION: Don’t have a team? No problem, register as an individual, and we will match you with a team, cost is $135 per person. That is the only cost you will have for the season.  Individual Player FAQs and Individual Teams Policy.

INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION (JUST PLAY): If you're looking for the next level of team management, Just Play offer individual registration into this league. YOUR DEDICATED STAFF: Your Event Host is Luke.  The Event Host is in charge of running the games, teaching you the rules, and coaching you and the teamas needed. Your League Manager is Lindsay! Contact her about changes to the schedule, or any other questions.

WHAT TO BRING:  We provide all the equipment you need. Wear normal runners, active wear. Make sure you bring a black, and a white t-shirt each week. Your team do have the option to nominate a team colour, but make sure you talk to your League Manager before you order anything.

GETTING THERE: The courts are located ontop of the Ridge St Carpark. Coming via public transport, the courts are a 10 min walk from North Sydney Station. There are several bus routes from the city, which stop at North Sydney Oval. There is also plenty of parking underneath the Carpark, and most of the council parking is not metered after 6pm.
