SKILL LEVEL: This league is for all skill levels. Learner, beginner, experienced, or intermediate, we are all here for one reason, and that's to have fun, get fit, and try something different.

TEAM SIZE: There are 5 people required on the rink at all times. Minimum 1-2 of either gender at any time. This league is a pick-up ‘King of the Rink’ stule league meaning you don’t compete with the same team every week.

INDOOR RINK: The rink is indoors, so no games will ever be cancelled due to wet weather. If games need to be rescheduled for any reason, we will notify everyone via email and non the Facebook event by 4:30pm.

INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION: Don’t have a team? No problem, this league is an individual league. Cost is $100 per person, or $10 drop in rate. That is the only cost you will have for the season.  Individual Player FAQs and Individual Teams Policy.

YOUR DEDICATED STAFF: Your Event Host is Justin. He will be in charge of running the games, teaching you the rules, and coaching you and the team as needed. Your League Manager is Lindsay!  Contact her about the schedule, or any other questions.

WHAT TO BRING:  We provide all the equipment you need (including sticks). Wear normal runners, active wear. Make sure you bring a black, and a white t-shirt each week. We do recommend shin pads for the league. You may choose to wear a mouth guard, but this is not enforced.

GETTING THERE: The courts are located within Sydney Corporate Park at All Sorts Indoor Sports facility. On-site parking is available, please ensure you check the parking restrictions on the signs around the Corporate Park. If you are coming via bus there are stops along Gardener’s Road.

YOUR LOCAL CLUBHOUSE: Your local clubhouse is Rocks Brewing Co. Our Clubhouses offer discounts on food and drink for Urban Rec Members. Make sure you and your team get together post game for a few celebratory drinks! For a list of all the Urban Rec Clubhouses in Sydney, click here.
